By booking an appointment with Mish K Beauty, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions for all makeup services provided by Mish K Beauty (ABN: 32993273917).

1. Booking and Deposit: To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required. This deposit is non-transferable as well. In the event that the number of appointments is reduced below the minimum booking requirement, the original booking amount will still need to be paid. If any changes are made to the appointment location or booking details, a notice of at least 8 weeks is required, and there might be an additional travel fee depending on the location.

2. Payment Method: Payments can be made via bank transfer using the details provided below.

3. Service Assurance: In the unlikely event that Mish K Beauty is unable to fulfill your booking, you will be promptly informed. In such cases, a replacement artist, highly recommended and with similar expertise, will be provided. If a suitable replacement cannot be found, a full refund will be offered.

4. Travel and Parking: For appointments outside of Mish K Beauty's home studio, a travel fee can apply. A round trip covering a distance of up to 30km is included, with any further distance incurring an additional charge of $1 per kilometer traveled. The client is responsible for any additional costs related to hotel accommodations or street parking.

5. Refusal of Service: Mish K Beauty reserves the right to refuse service if the client is displaying contagious symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea, conjunctivitis, or cold sores. Mish K Beauty is not liable for any allergic reactions to the products used during the makeup application. It is the client's responsibility to inform Mish K Beauty of any allergies before the appointment. In doing so, you acknowledge that Mish K Beauty is not responsible for, and you will protect Mish K Beauty against any claims, obligations, expenses, losses, or legal actions connected to personal harm or fatality, whether they occur directly or indirectly due to your failure to provide relevant information concerning medical and other circumstances.

6. Early start fee: A surcharge of $50 applies for early starts of 6am or before.

7. Photos: All photographs taken by Mishel are the property of Mish K Beauty and may be used for marketing purposes on social media or in print. Any objections to this must be made known to Mish K Beauty. I always seek your permission for use of images for clients who are under 18.
